Change of Focus = Change of Perspective

We saw, in a previous Bible Study – I am `ezer – that female Adams, women, have been anointed and appointed as `ezer to Mankind. I have been designed and equipped to see the enemy and bring aid or deliverance. An `ezer is therefore a Watcher.

A watcher is a person who closely follows or observes someone or something. A watcher is a guard. A watcher follows closely so as to be able to discern when, where and how help is needed. God is the greatest example of a watcher. 2 Chronicles 16:9 states,
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

God follows us closely so as to bring timely help. Woman, who was made in the image and likeness of God, given the role of `ezer, also has this trait. The Woman is an observer. She is a watcher.

As an `ezer and a watcher then, it is imperative, of utmost importance, for me to guard my sight. This 5-day Bible Study’s focus is on the sight of the watcher. Our main text is Genesis 3: 1-7 and our main character is the first `ezer, The Woman.
